The Church of the Nazarene Building

The primary possibility under consideration is to purchase of one of the buildings at the old Church of the Nazarene International headquarters on 63rd street.  They are presently evaluating our request to be considered.  For this to become a reality, we need to take a giant step of faith.  We have little money for a down payment, so consequently we are seeking the Lord's provision in making this become a reality.  A number of floors of the building can be leased out to tenants to help make loan payments, but until the tenants are found and the income starts to flow, the College lacks the resources to carry the interim.  Please pray for the Lord's direction and provision in this important step.
