God has blessed Carver Bible College and Institute with faculty who have a years of experience in their fields of teaching.

All administrators and faculty are either missionaries under a missions agency umbrella or are volunteers. What this means is that everyone who works at CBBC&I either raises their own financial support from churches and individuals to serve as urban missionaries, or they work as a volunteer.

Although Carver only has 5-7 full time faculty and administrators, for our adjunct faculty, the College draws on a wealth of expertise from many experienced men of God serving in the community.  From this ongoing experience our faculty are able to teach with relevancy to the needs of our students. 

Carver's Collegiate faculty have earned Doctorate or Master's degrees with many working on gaining additional Doctorates and Master's degrees.  Faculty members with only Bachelor Degrees (some earned at Carver) teach in the Certificate Program.
